Objects as Types

Tunics of skin (Gen. 3:21) Christ who became for us righteousness (1Cor. 1:30; Rev. 19:8)
Ark (Gen. 6:14) Christ as the refuge of His people from judgment (Heb. 11:7)
Manna (Ex. 16:35) Christ in His humiliation giving His flesh that the believer might have life (Jn. 6:38-40; 6:49-51)

And (3)in it's use the ark, especially the mercy seat, is a type of God's throne.
