   elcome to our home page. You will find this site to be both broad and deep, containing poetry, prose, theology, philosophy, fiction and non-fiction. The theology link will take you to articles which, when completed, will pretty much run the gamut of conservative Christian theology. The poetry link takes you to an index of poems and other written materials that I have added to my portfolio over the years. You will also find a brief biographical sketch of the author on the poetry page.

     Let us declare openly at the very beginning of this page that we do not believe that there really is any such thing as a layman.   Every saved person is a minister of the gospel, ordained by God to deliver the message of His grace to a lost world. We use the term only so that those who are not already educated in theological matters will understand that this work is not written on such a heady level that no one can understand it.    Our aim is to be precise, yet simple in our explanations of doctrinal concepts. We use the term layman to indicate those who do not work full time in their ministries, and who have likely not been to seminary or had other formal training outside their local churches. As you study the theology pages located on this site, you should come to understand your own personal ministry more clearly. It is our prayer that your ministry will become more fruitful as a result of your studies here, and that our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, will be glorified in you.
